At present, the desiccant wheel dehumidifier are used in many industry areas in the market. For example:Cinema and auditorium,hospital or museums and archives. The rotary dehumidifier is an indispensable equipment product.Higher or lower humidity will increase the discomfort of the human body,therefore,the rotary dehumidifier is an indispensable equipment product. And each product has a certain service life.if we want we need to carry out scientific and reasonable maintenance. So how should we maintain our rotary dehumidifier?

First of all, we need to ensure the core component of the dehumidifier-the service life of the dehumidification wheel.

1. Daily Maintenance :

The desiccant wheel requires regular routine maintenance. The following table lists the cycle and content of daily maintenance:

Cycle	Maintenance items
First use	Check whether the sealing strip,the driving part are intact,and whether the wheel is cracked.
After one week	Check whether the sealing strip,the driving part are intact,and whether the wheel is cracked.
After one year	Check whether the sealing strip,the driving part are intact.
once a year	Check whether the sealing strip,the driving part are intact
When the dehumidification effect is lower than 95% of the new wheel	Check in accordance with the "Problem Analysis and Solution".

2.Inspection of the wheel 

Carefully check whether the surface of the wheel is partially faded, damaged, or blocked by contaminants. The initial color of the surface is green. After a period of use, some contaminants deposited on the surface of the wheel will cause its color to fade. It indicates that the wheel has been damaged by high temperature (above 220°C) if the surface color changes to a different color. Once the surface of the wheel has been damaged, it will show obvious plaques.

The surface of the wheel will occasionally appear some fine cracks after using. These cracks just make the wheel a little unsightly, but have no effect on the performance of desiccant wheel.
