Many experts have called for "replacement of oil and gas with electricity" to solve the problem of unrestricted exploitation of oil.

After years of continuous improvement and innovation, automobiles have generally become a means of transportation for modern human society, and have also promoted the development of petroleum, steel, aluminum, chemicals, plastics, machinery and equipment and other industries. In order to realize "replace oil and gas with electricity", automobiles have begun to transform from fuel to new energy. In recent years, due to the government's support for new energy vehicles, people have also tended to buy new energy vehicles, which has led to the rapid development of new energy vehicles. The supply and demand of industrial lithium battery production has increased.

It can be seen from the above that the production tasks of lithium batteries will become more and more onerous. Due to the very active chemical properties of lithium metal, the processing, storage and use of lithium metal have very strict environmental requirements. The humidity of the environment will affect the production schedule and battery quality. Under normal circumstances, a complete dehumidification and air conditioning system is required to control the production environment to ensure the performance and life of the lithium battery. Due to the large output, the energy consumption of the dehumidification and air-conditioning system in production cannot be underestimated. How can we reduce the high energy consumption of the dehumidification and air-conditioning system in the production of lithium batteries?

Through years of scientific research and development, Puresci has finally obtained an energy-saving desiccant rotor, and proposed a solution for the medium-temperature regenerative desiccant air-conditioning system for the production of lithium batteries, saving costs for users.

2.Application cases:

Puresci has cooperated with customers many times. Its dehumidification rotors are operated in many lithium battery factories, and the front and rear rotors are regenerated at 90°C, and the advantages of dehumidification and air treatment to a lower dew point are still good under low humidity.
